Eyas+New Employees from Social Recruitment

雏鹰针对培养新入职大学生,是TCL“鹰系”人才培养体系的一部分,分为岗前培训和导师带教两个阶段。岗前集中培训主要围绕新入大学生“四力(学习力、思维力、人际力、内驱力)能力模型”设计展开。在雏鹰动力营的各项课程及活动中,雏鹰们探讨对TCL企业文化核心理念的理解,感受着“当责、创新、卓越”的企业核心价值观。在经过短期高密度的岗前培训后,在入职第一年的关键时期,由TCL的中高层人员,给雏鹰们充当导师,进行为期一年的辅导并支持雏鹰们在TCL的成长。
